The two-bedroom suite was spacious, providing enough space for the family, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool. The suite showed signs of wear, with a noticeable slope on the floor and doors that struggled to close tightly. Traffic noise from the nearby highway was quite disruptive, and a lingering smell of curry permeated the building. Breakfast was basic and lacking sufficient plates, causing a minor inconvenience during our meal.

The kitchen in my two-bedroom suite was fully equipped. Unlike my previous stay in phoenix, this place had all the essentials, and the spaciousness exceeded my expectations.

We appreciated spending 9 nights here. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained with a particularly good bathroom. The location was good and incredible, for example, a big amusement park was not too far away from the hotel.

I have two very active teens, your staff was professional and gracious to them when they asked questions about facilities, etc. They loved that the pool was open. Very quiet. Comfy mattresses.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of my One-Bedroom Queen Suite. It offered easy accessibility for seniors, with well-laid-out furnishings, made moving around easy. Plus, the friendly staff.

The hotel of choice in Phoenix. Easy base for 1 night with helpful staff from the housekeepers. The breakfast was complimentary and the location was marvellous. Private parking on site provided.

Great for family travels

The staff was friendly, offering us cookies upon check-in. And a fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, my daughter and I baked a cake together, just like old times.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it for the experience.

The pool area was perfect! Just a heads-up, there was a slight mix-up with our pet fee that caught us off guard, but it didn't really ruin our experience 🏊‍♂️

Would recommend for a short break

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with heating, a great kitchen area that had all essential cookware for a family with children.

Had a blast with friends! We loved hiking the trails and checking out local spots like the golf course. The pool was enjoyable, and the super nice team. Remember to bring your own ice, as there's no ice maker in the fridge.

We did notice that the utensils in the kitchen were a bit limited, so we had to buy some extras .

I found the room comfortable and it reminded me of home. The air conditioning worked well. I could open the window for fresh air. The breakfast had good options.

The staff did not provide helpful service when I needed assistance. The cleaning took too long.

The staff at Towneplace Suites were really good. The amenities, including the outdoor pool and gym, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after work. The full-sized kitchen in my room was a perfect fit for my needs. Breakfast was consistently satisfying with a variety of options available each morning.

Parking was limited during peak hours.

This place was well-organized and had everything you could possibly need, the room was clean and well-maintained with a kitchen, and the staff were friendly.

Great spot! Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby 🍔🍻 Super easy to get to since it's near the expressway.
